Cortazzo took away 2 pills per day when I brought in what I had left one month. I asked for one of those pills back a while later after two falls. She refused by sending her in PA instead of telling me herself. I went to the ER for a separate issue and the doctor prescribed me a different pain medicine. I did tell him about my pain mgmt. I made Cortazzo\'s office aware of this new medicine and was in my charts. I had a medical issue which caused great pain for weeks. Still she wouldn\'t up my pills by one day. I ended up taking two of the pills the other doctor prescribed because of new pain. In my urine test, this drug showed up so Cortazzo had the PA give me the boot. Those 2 pills came from a script of my own that she had been made aware of months earlier. Now what am I to do for my pain? It\'s not her concern. I saw Cortazzo in 5 years. She doesn\'t have a personal relationship with her patients.
