Dr Lavy is very intelligent but a poor communicator and listener who talks too fast. She does not adjust to the patient needs. I sought her for restless limbs relief and memory issues. Via phone she was very rude refusing to repeat important information. She was unaware of some basic tests i required and her referral was useless. Betty, her nurse, was under educated and condescending virtually hanging up on me.
