Dr. Leslie Foster graduated from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine before completing a residency in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at Walter Reed Army Medical Center. He then completed a fellowship in Interventional Pain Anesthesia at Walter Reed Army Medical Center.
