Horrible service and horrible staff Definitely do not recommend. Was recently at a support group for spouses with dimentia and was told by everyone there not to have used him. Very rough with his language and his staff is an absolute disaster. Unknowlwdgwable, will keep you on hold for long periods, bottom line is that they don't treat the patient and family with the utmost respect and dignity.
