I called in September to schedule and appointment. When I called they said I could either come in in two weeks to meet with a nurse or wait until November to meet with Dr. Samuels. I specified that I would rather wait the extra month to meet with the actual Doctor. I never met or spoke to Dr. Samuels before/during/or after my appointment. Even when I had a terrible reaction to a topical I was given by his nurse. The nurse he sent in to conduct my appointment was extremely rude and did not ask questions or care about my skin, what products I use or have used in the past to treat breakouts. She just wanted to get me signed up for Accutane and get me out of the office. When I called the next day to let them know that my eyes had completely swollen shut as a reaction to the topical I was given I was met with an "Um stop using it and put Cortizone cream on it". That was not going to work and I instead had to go to my primary care physician for eye drops, medication, and a steroid shot. It took three days for my eyes to go back to normal. I will not be going back to Dr. Samuels office.
