Dr. Lawrence Blacher graduated from Albert Einstein College of Medicine of Yeshiva University in 1978 before completing a residency in Internal Medicine at University of Miami Affiliated Hospitals (Jackson Memorial Hospital & Miami VA Hospital) in Miami, FL from 1979 to 1981. He then completed a fellowship in Cardiovascular Medicine at University of Massachusetts Medical Center from 1981 to 1983.
