KnowledgeableDr. Scroeder is an excellent doctor. However, her staff is very unprofessional and is always apologizing for shortcomings. I understand this is a busy office, but my time is important also. If commitments cant be made due to volume then either 1.) dont make them or 2.) call the patient and advise of any issues immediately. Waiting 6 weeks for a follow up call for a Doctor that was referred by your office is unreasonable. I also called your office twice and was not informaed of any challenges until I demanded action. It shouldnt matter that the referred Doctor is not returning the appointment request. I am your patient, not theirs. If advised sooner that I would eventually need to call and take care of it myself I, unike your office, wuold have made sure it was completed in a timely fashion. Not a very good impression for a fairly new patient. The process needs to be improved upon.
