I focus on their goals, which are to decrease pain and improve performance so they can get back to their active lifestyles. In addition to providing patients with today’s latest and most effective treatment methods, I educate them on how to maximize the healing process as well as prevent re-injury. Getting patients actively involved in their own recovery can result in a better outcome.
