Dr. Halliwell has two offices in New York where he specializes in Sleep Medicine and Neurology.

Sleep Medicine
Sleep medicine specialists diagnose and treat various disorders and diseases relating to sleep. This can include a range of conditions including insomnia, sleep apnea, restless leg syndrome, narcolepsy, nightmares and others. Dr. Halliwell utilizes a variety of diagnostic tools including screening devices, overnight sleep studies or oximeters, among many others.
