Recommends Available Friendly Professional Knowledgeable Nice Office Understandable Reachable Helpful StaffI had my second surgery by Dr. Bickenbach on August 7, 2017 (prior surgery was Oct. 2014), and he is the best. He takes the time to explain what the procedure will involve so I fully understand the surgery, after care, answers all my questions (and I always have a lot LOL). He's caring, compassionate and I never feel rushed. His staff is the best too, and also very pleasant to speak with (on the phone and at his office in Morristown), make you feel at home until you see the doctor. The nurses at the Ambulatory unit at 111 Madison Avenue are extremely caring as well, and make your stay very pleasant. The package they give you with instructions, contact numbers is very helpful, as well as the following up call the next day. I would highly recommend Dr. Bickenbach to anyone who needs his care.
