Dr. Justin Scruggs graduated from Medical University of South Carolina in 2007 before completing a residency in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at University of North Carolina in 2011. He then completed a fellowship in Interventional Spine at Orthopaedic Specialists of the Caro in 2012.
