I called this office for help after falling while getting off the lawnmower . Dr. Duke had done surgery on my shoulder in 2014 so I thought I had injured it. It was hurting in the upper rib area around collarbone. He said to come in at 3, I was right on time, around 5 the staff started leaving, I decided at 5:30 they had forgotten me, so I went to the back, he hadn't left, he came in felt the collarbone and said we don't xrays on the lungs, you need to go see your personal dr. I paid 50 bucks to sit there for 2.5 hours for nothing. I think my co pay should be refunded.
