Exceptional neurosurgeon who unfortunately, has incompetent staff and not great follow up care. The staff do not follow through on what he tells them while you are standing there. They never heard any of the 7 voice messages I left. They barely ever answer the "press 1 to schedule an appointment" line. I simply have no way to get in touch with this office. I even left a message on the "medication refill line" telling them I need them to call me. They are very friendly and nice when you are actually in the office. After that, you are forgotten. The last 2 times the receptionist picked up, she immediately said, "please hold", and I waited 25 minutes twice, before hanging up. It is beyond frustrating.
