At the time of surgery, I was told I had to pay for a procedure my insurance said I was not going to have to pay. The office reassured me a refund would be issued immediately if that turned out to be the case. The insurance company paid the doctor\'s office. The insurance check cleared the bank 5 days after it was written. I did not receive a refund. I have exchanged several phone calls and emails with the doctor\'s office. They acknowledge I am owed a refund but say they can not do anything about it because 1)billing is in INDIA and 2)the company is \"too big\" and current office cannot check on status of refund. It has been 9 months since my surgery date and still NO refund!!
