I had cataract surgery that was less than satisfactory. If blind is 0 and 20/20 is 10, my vision before the surgery was a 4. After the surgery, my vision in that eye was a 6. I was disappointed and told Dr. Welch so. He seemed annoyed and chose to pass me off to another doctor in that practice for all follow ups thereafter. I have had a huge floater and an intermittent (i.e. 25% of the time) hazy spot that is not related to the floater since the surgery. I wouldn't recommend him.
