His staff is so well trained and patient care so well documented that anyone can step in at anytime for any patient and deliver excellent care. Dr. Waters is a very kind man with a mellow demeanor. I felt at ease with him as soon as I met him. His years of service and expertise is outstanding. He performed surgery on both of my eyes with ease and wonderful success. I received a personal phone call from Dr. Waters the evening of my surgery to check on my condition and to remind me of the after surgery care I needed to do. The surgery center he uses is Excellent and very proficient. I must say that I felt well cared for and well pampered from the moment I entered the facility. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr.John Waters for all opthamology concerns.
