I went to see Dr. Jenny Liaw for second time. . The first time I saw her she made me wait three hours, I was sent by my doctor because he said that my White blood cells were high. When went to see Dr. Liaw She told me that I have lung cancer and sent me to a lung doctor and he rule that out. This time when I went to see her I had a 3:30 pm appointment I was the second patient she put in a room and 7 people came for IVs and she started to takeing care of them leaving me again in the room for almost two hours. Her staff did nothing about it they did not even remind her that she had a patient waiting .I was park at a meter from 3:00 till 5:00pm. It was 4:45 I told nurse to give my blood work paper because I did not want to wait any longer. I called my Doctor to let him know because he recommeded her. I think that she is unprofessioal and has no consideration for people waiting. Her office is very depressing. She never told me why my white blood cells were high. I will recommend her to anyone. I am seeking a different doctor.
