Dr. James Snapper graduated from Harvard Medical School in 1974 before completing a residency in Internal Medicine at Massachusetts General Hospital from 1974 to 1978. He then completed a fellowship in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine at Peter Bent Brigham Hospital from 1976 to 1979.
