Dr. James Mills graduated from University of Florida College of Medicine in 2000 before completing a residency in Internal Medicine at Brigham and Women's Hospital from 2000 to 2003. He then completed a fellowship in Cardiology at Duke University Medical Center from 2003 to 2007.
