On May 28, 2015, I went with my mother to get her second shot in the knee for injury treatment. We waited about 15 minutes in the room before the Dr. entered. Upon entering, Dr. Elkousy used his bare hands to press the trash deeper in the can. Then proceeded to give my mother her shot in the knee. I stressed my concern for him washing his hands and he stated her knee would be cleaned by the disenfected pads used for the injection. He totally disregarded protocal for cleanliness and I no longer want my mother to continue with this doctor.
