Available Professional KnowledgeableI have gone to Dr. Mintz for at least five years. He is a very good doctor. My problem is that I gave 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment. I received a voice mail from one of his staff telling that I would be getting a charge of $35.00 since I did not call and reschedule...the charge says "No show." I gave the notice so I don't feel this is ethical. The second month after I did not pay this bill went up to $45.00. I will have to pay it but don't understand it and it will hurt my credit if I don't. Also, the receptionist is very very rude and has been to me but also I have heard her talking down to patients that may not be able to hear well. That always bothered me too. Because of this charge for no valid reason I let them know that I would not be back...
