Recommends Friendly Professional Knowledgeable UnderstandableDr. Van Loveren is a great doctor he really cares about his patients but his staff is incompetent my wife has Medicaid and I have personally handed his staff her medical card and referral on 3 separate visits and we keep getting bills in the mail from his office. The last bill was for $2000.00 for an injection my wife got in the back of the neck. you have to wait 3-4 months between appoints and go without medication during this time. This is a great doctor but his staff makes you want to find another doctor. I called to get my wife help for her pain and to try and move up her appointment and they call 911 and say my wife is trying to commit suicide so 2 fire trucks and 1 ambulance followed by 6 police cars show up at my house . AVOID THIS DOCTOR
