My appreciation to Dr. Robinson. He is very nice, professional. But I am very disappointed about his nurse's behavior and irresponsible. At least 3 times last week, we called and left urgent messages (because always we get the answering machine). She never called back. Last Friday, when I requested her to send my medical record to the surgeon, Dr. Fleeger. She said she would do it promptly that afternoon. This morning, when we contacted Dr. Flegeer's office, the nurse there said that she had not received anything yet.
