Dr. Hopkins is very professional and straight forward. He is reasonable and very knowledgeable in the area of the spine. I had back surgery a 7 months ago by Dr. Hopkins and am doing amazing. Before this surgery I was getting ready to go back to school for a different career but now I am still in my same profession and couldn't be happier. This was a long process but I am so glad I waited and got the best surgeon in my area to work on my back. I would recommend Dr. Hopkins in a heart beat.

Bio
Dr Hopkins received his Medical Degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and completed his orthopaedic residency at Loma Linda University Medical Center. He then went on to complete a spine fellowship at Beth Israel Medical Center in New York. He is also involved with the Arrowhead Regional Medical Center Orthopaedic Trauma Center where he enjoys working with medical students and residents.
Currently, Dr Hopkins treats most orthopaedic injuries but specializes in degenerative diseases of the spine as well as deformity correction. He would like to see more pediatric patients for treatment of scoliosis.
When he is not working he is often found riding his Harley-Davidson motorcycle, mountain biking, running and other outdoor activities. However, his favorite activity is traveling.

Specializing in orthopedic spine surgery, Dr. Gail can diagnose and treat a range of conditions affecting the spine. These may include degenerative diseases, arthritic conditions, fractures, tumors, deformities such as scoliosis, and other conditions. Treatment techniques may range from invasive to minimally-invasive surgeries of the spine and vertebrae. However, depending upon the patient's diagnosis and medical history, treatments may be non-surgical in nature.
