Recommends Available On Time Friendly Professional Knowledgeable Nice Office Understandable Reachable Helpful StaffDr. Polatsch is an excellent Doctor. He took me before my appointed time and listened to what I had to say. He was patient and didn't rush me. I had trigger finger and he gave me a choice and told me to take my time making a decision. I ended up having surgery and it went well. Before my surgery, all of my questions were answered by Dr. Polatsch and his staff. His office staff called me the day after surgery to follow up on how I was feeling and I mentioned what was bothering me. A little while later, Dr. Polatsch called me. I am happy with the results of my surgery. In addition to having very nice bedside manner which you rarely see in surgeons, Dr. Polatsch is very good at listening and communicating with his patients. I would recommend him to everyone.
