Dr. Smith received his medical degree from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine in Columbia. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Greenville Hospital System University Medical Center, where he served as Chief Resident during his final year of residency. His special interests include hypertension, cardiovascular risk reduction, preventative health, and edema. He lives with his wife, Lindsey, and daughter, Emma Gray, in Greenville.
