I am new to the area and found Dr Story on the web. Most reviews were favorable so I contacted the office for an appointment. They were quite pleasant and able to accommodate me with an appointment on Monday 6/29 which was the following week. I arrived at the office about 20 minutes early in order to fill out the required paperwork and was informed that the Dr was running late. I was informed it would be about half an hour so I suggested I would complete the forms go and grab a bite to eat and return. The staff then said they would be with me shortly and I was escorted to an exam room where an assistant took some vitals and basic information. I was then left waiting in the exam room with no explanation as to the whereabouts of the Dr. After waiting until 2pm in the exam room alone for a 1 pm appointment I decided to depart. Needless to say as a potential new patient I was not impressed with my introduction to Dr Story's office nor did I even meet Dr Story.
