Dr Pendleton has a very poor technique for performing cystoscopy on female patients. He is a careless butcher, hurts the patient and if patient does not cooperate, Dr Pendleton threaten that the procedure would have to be done in hospital under worst conditions. The examining table is broken, there is no physical (back, head or pillow) support to make the patient comfortable, his assistant is clueless as what to do to assist to him or how to position the patient. Dr Pendleton was in such a hurry to get in and out, I do not trust to the results or proper completion of the examination. The whole cystoscopy procedure was done very poorly and under horrid conditions. Dr Pendleton presents himself as an unclean slob.
