Dr.Plimpton is a crook he billed my insurance company for a c section even though my baby was born normal thanks to the nurse, my insurance company also said he billed them for 2 ultrasounds but there was no report at the hospital when I had problems the nurse couldnt find one he said he doesnt make an official report
