Unaccomodating. Was turned away and charged for visit when 5 mins late due to an accident on I-65 SB backed up from Gene Snyder to Brooks KY. Was told to reschedule....so I will...but NOT with Dr. Rangaswamy. Not one patient was in waiting room but somehow the unhelpful staff could not accommodate me. Lost days pay for myself and wife who accompanied me to the visit. Cannot with good conscience recommend this office or this doctor.
