Peter Troedson, MD, is board certified in family medicine and offers compassionate care for generations of families in and around Apple Valley, Minnesota, at the Apple Valley Medical Center. He has a long tenure at the clinic and even deeper community roots in the Minneapolis region in offering a wide variety of primary and urgent care services to people of all ages. Dr. Troedson lends extensive expertise to his higher education, training, and experience. He earned his medical degree at the Loyola University of Chicago after graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Minnesota. Dr. Troedson returned to his old campus and completed a residency at the University of Minnesota’s Department of Family Practice and Community Health. He has since performed at several practices across the state. Dr. Troedson brings a wealth of skills to the Apple Valley Medical Center. In addition to his certificate from the American Board of Family Medicine, he’s certified in basic life support and beyond, including advanced cardiac life support, pediatric advanced life support, and advanced trauma life support. Dr. Troedson is also a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the Minnesota Academy of Family Physicians.
