Dr. Arthur Harris graduated from New York Medical College in 1976 before completing a residency in Orthopedic Surgery at University of California, San Francisco in San Francisco, CA from 1978 to 1982. He then completed a fellowship in Joint Implant & Arthritis Surgery at Kerlan Jobe Orthopaedic Group from 1983 to 1984.
