Helpful StaffDefinitely not! He prescribed me iv antibiotics for 8 weeks for a sinus infection without even doing any cultures. He was rude , arrogant and did not like you to ask questions. He was the worse doctor I have ever seen. I have had a second opinion and as I thought did not need the iv antibiotics . I needed adebridment so antibiotics would never have cured me. It was all about making money using costly ivs! Please get a second opinion before using this doctor

Recommends Available On Time Friendly Professional Knowledgeable Nice Office Understandable ReachableI had to drive two hours to find a doctor like Dr. Pugliese....one who would treat a patient with chronic Lyme disease. He is very knowledgeable on the subject and stuck with me through the long haul of my treatments. I never once was made to feel like I was crazy(an easy feeling to have when dealing with Lyme). Dr. Pugliese treated me like I was the only patient there at the time, allowing me to ask questions and say all that I needed to. Months later, and I am now Lyme symptom free! I can\'t be more grateful.
