Recommends Available On Time Friendly Professional Knowledgeable Nice Office Understandable Reachable Helpful StaffToday was my first appointment with Dr. Lee. She made me feel welcome and that my concerns mattered to her. She was especially helpful in explaining the results of previous tests I had had with other doctors. Most often, I hear only the results of the tests, but Dr. Lee explained in terms that I easily understood what the tests showed. Her questions were very thorough and her rationale for the tests she was ordering for me definitely made sense. I was able to "see the big picture." Her doctor/patient relationship skills are off the board; she was THAT good. Even after just one appointment with Dr. Lee, I trust her completely. Dr. Lee is most certainly a credit to the Ohio Health system. And, lastly, everyone I came into contact with--from the receptionists to the nurse to the x-ray technician to the "blood drawer"--were excellent. What a way to start the new year!!
