Dr. Thamwiwat was born and raised in Arlington, Texas. She received her medical degree from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Medicine in Lubbock, Texas. Then, she spent 7 years in Houston, Texas, completing her Internal Medicine residency, Cardiology fellowship, and Interventional Cardiology fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine. After training, Dr. Thamwiwat returned home to the Dallas-Fort Worth area, where she specializes in cardiovascular disease and interventional cardiology.

As an interventional cardiologist, Dr. Thamwiwat provides minimally invasive diagnostic and treatment services for conditions affecting the heart and cardiovascular system.
