On Time Nice Office Helpful StaffUnprofessional & impersonal. No eye contact during office visit. After prescribing a medication that I had adverse reaction too I tried another Rx that was also given by Dr. freed. Once I discontinued second medication after finding out (on my own) that it want safe I called twice I speak to dr freed about side effects, nurse did not articulate message correctly or dr freed made an assumption that I still wanted to stay on medication (not sure because I never got an answer from dr to this day) still not sure if I will have permanent side effects. You could receive better care any third world country.
