Recommends Friendly Professional Knowledgeable UnderstandableDoctor Omais is knowledgeable and does a wonderful job of explaining things. I fully trust him with a very serious situation. The office is in a transition and I really hope they are going to get it straightened out. I've called three times and twice was put on hold and then cut off. When I went in, they kept me in the waiting room for 2 hours and I found out the doctor was available and could have seen me on time. He wasn't happy about it either, so I hope it will be fixed.
